Deepak Narasimham is a seasoned IT professional with a diversified background in technology and finance. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and over 10 years of experience in the global information technology industry, M&A, and investment banking. Deepak has been part of his parent's
privately owned international IT consulting firm since his high school days. He closely worked with his parents both in strategic and tactical management of the company to expand its operations to Canada, Malaysia, Philippines, apart from
India. Deepak also worked closely with the CFO of the company to maximize profits and in various new initiatives of the company. In addition he has also participated in multiple merger and acquisition deals, ranging from staffing companies to education product and solutions companies since 2006 after STS merged with Core Education & Technologies, a listed company based in Mumbai, India. His current vision is to promote his Mother's (GeethaNarasimham) aspirations of making STS Worldwide a truly global company by harnessing the IT talent worldwide. He received his education from both Georgia State University and University of Phoenix focused on economics and business administration.
