Tricia started her career in the family owned business, Norrell Corporation, working throughout college in the Nashville, Tennessee branch. Norrell Corporation was a leading IT/Administrative staffing company in the eighties and became the first company in the temporary services industry to franchise its operations.
As a $1.3 billion publicly traded company, Norrell was later acquired by SPHERION, an Atlanta based temporary work agency with revenues of $2.19 billion. Armed with long-standing experience in the IT/Administrative staffing business she has recently taken over as the M&A Client Relationship Manager at STS Worldwide a privately held company that is a pioneer in IT Global staffing business from the early eighties.
Tricia has served as VP of Business Development for Source2, a national staffing and RPO recruitment firm. She focused on developing new relationships via outbound marketing and assessing the recruiting needs of existing clients and prospects. She customized solutions based on clients’ needs, processes and challenges; and presented business analytics and intelligence to business owners and C-level executives enabling them to save up to 30% on their hiring costs.
As a Managing Partner for Media Technology Associates, Tricia managed national accounts including Turner Broadcasting, HDTV, COX, and Discovery Channel. She developed and implemented marketing plans to continuously keep clients and prospects informed of industry changes and services that met their evolving needs. She also created and managed client training center programs.
Currently Tricia is a Cabinet member of United Way’s Women of Tocqueville Society and serves on the Growth Committee. Formerly she was the President of the Atlanta Women’s Network.
Tricia holds a Bachelor Degree from Vanderbilt University.
